Pakistani desserts are better than any desserts in the world and by saying this i literally mean it. I would say Pakistani dessert is just another name of pleasure and happiness. Here are some famous Pakistani desserts :
1.) Gulab jamun:
Gulab jamun (gulab jaman) are soft, juicy milk solid based sweets dipped in sugar syrup. They are mostly golden brown in colour and they have the perfect sweetness in them . Gulab jamun, rasgullah and barfi etc are also called methai in Pakistan as metha means sweet in India ,pakistan and Bangladesh . This dessert is famous in all these 3 countries.
2.) Rasmalai:
Rasmalai is mainly a bengali dessert that can now also be found in India and Pakistan. Rasmalai comes from the word ras and malai where ‘ras’ means juicy or juice and ‘malai’ means cream. It is a super soft milky dessert dipped in creamy milk. My personal favourite dessert that just melts in your mouth🤤
3.) Jalebi:
Jalebi is a yummy sweet crunchy dessert popular in south asia and middle east . It is crunchy and crispy from outside and juicy from inside . It has a crispy crunchy layer from outside but when you bite it the sugar syrup starts flowing. Jalebi’s have really beautiful red goldinish colour . Jalebi is the perfect dessert that i think i could have every day.
